Shipping Destination

Sensa Lingerie currently ships to customers in selected international markets, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.

Orders placed from countries or regions outside our supported markets cannot be processed at this time.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

Orders are shipped via Standard Shipping from China to the destination country.

Estimated delivery time: 8–15 business days after dispatch.

Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Origin

Orders are shipped from our fulfillment partners located in China to customers in supported international markets.

This is a standard cross-border shipping process.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to become active and update.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Change of Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

If you need to update your address, contact us at info@sensalingerie.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

Address changes cannot be made once the order has been shipped.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address or recipient unavailability:

• We may reship the order after the customer pays the reshipping fee, or

• Issue a refund minus the original shipping fee

Customs, Taxes & Duties

Import taxes, duties, or customs-related fees may apply depending on destination country and local regulations.

These charges, if applicable, are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers are responsible for understanding any import requirements applicable to their location before placing an order.

Currency & Foreign Transaction Fees
