Shipping Destination

Sensa Lingerie currently ships only to customers within the United States.

Orders placed with shipping addresses outside the United States will not be accepted or processed at this time.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Please note that processing time does not include shipping transit time.


Shipping Origin

Orders are shipped from our fulfillment partners located in China to the United States.

This is a standard cross-border shipping process.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to become active and update.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.


Change of Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

If you need to update your address, contact us at info@sensalingerie.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

Address changes cannot be made once the order has been shipped.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address or recipient unavailability:

  • We may reship the order after the customer pays the reshipping fee, or

  • Issue a refund minus the original shipping fee


Customs, Taxes & Duties

Import taxes, duties, or customs-related fees may apply depending on local regulations.

These charges, if applicable, are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

For most U.S. orders, additional duties are uncommon, but customs processing may still occur.
