Order Processing

  • Order preparation typically takes 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Processing time does not include shipping time.


Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard international delivery usually takes 8–15 business days, depending on the destination and local courier services.

  • We partner with reliable international couriers to ensure timely delivery.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays, weather, or peak-season demand.


Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.


Change of Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate during checkout.

  • If you need to update your address, contact us at info@sensalingerie.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • Once the order is in transit, we cannot change the shipping address.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address or recipient unavailability:

  • We can reship the order once the customer pays the reshipment fee, or

  • We can process a refund minus the original shipping fee.

This is standard international shipping practice.


Taxes & Duties

  • Import taxes, duties, or customs fees may apply once the parcel arrives in your country.

  • These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs & Import Regulations

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the items ordered comply with their local import regulations.

  • We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, rejected, or seized by customs due to local restrictions.


Foreign Transaction Fees

  • All transactions are processed in USD.

  • Prices displayed in other currencies are for reference only.

  • Depending on your bank, you may see exchange rate differences or foreign transaction fees.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
