Required Information for Notice

  5. Good Faith Statement
    A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law.

  6. IP Rights Identification
    Identification of the intellectual property rights you claim are infringed (e.g., “XYZ Copyright,” “ABC Trademark Reg. No. 123456, registered 01/01/2004”).

  7. Accuracy and Authority Statement
    A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the allegedly infringed rights.

Policy Enforcement

  • Upon receiving a valid infringement notice, we will promptly investigate the claim and may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.

  • Where appropriate, we may terminate accounts, cancel listings, or take further legal action against repeat infringers.

  • Please note that knowingly submitting false claims may result in legal consequences.
